TOFFEE FIG RAISIN
Moonwake has added a bit of Kiwiana (A sense of NZ pop culture) to the Scottish classic, Eighty Shilling. A malt blend of Double Roasted Crystal, Special Belgium and Melanoidin play together, creating a deep reddish brown hue and full body. Layers of biscuit, toffee and raisin are hopped with Wai-Iti and Southern Cross for delicate fig notes with a hint of spice.
