Description
Originating from the California Common beer style from the 1800’s we use a combination of Cascade, Challenger and Spalter hops combined with the finest Norfolk grain and fermented at 14 degrees (rather than the normal 20 degrees for ale and 4 degrees for lager) to produce a delicious and interesting half pale ale/half lager beer that is lightly carbonated.
