Description
Marris Otter & Malted Wheat in the mash give a light colour and a full-bodied mouthfeel. Space themed hops make for an interesting contrast in selection. German Polaris in the boil adds fresh herbal notes and a low bitterness. Old-school USA Comet in at the end of boil add grapefruit flavours with a hint of pine. Galaxy in the dry-hop add pineapple and passion fruit flavours.
