Formerly GWB, after many years of brewing in an old bakery in Hambrook, we realised we had outgrown our first home and relocated to a bigger premises in Brislington Bristol, during the transition we decided it was time for a refresh and in December 2021 we became Hop Union Brewery! We are proud to produce and package all our products in house, we have a semi-automatic bottling machine, a keg washer and filled and a fully automated counter pressure canning machine from Wild Goose Filling. We are looking forward to expanding our portfolio to include exciting new brews, available in bottle, can & Keg!
