Description
Wild Table Beer. Pomme is a light and delicate table beer fermented using the naturally occurring wild yeast on Cornish, Fowey Valley cider apples. Fermented on the pomace for 1 month before undergoing 10 months of ageing in a French Oak ex-wine barrel. A single barrel, unblended beer with light floral notes finishing crisp and dry. A unique batch with a limited run of bottles.
