Castle Brewery is a national award winning microbrewery located in central Cornwall. Artisan in nature, hand crafting a range of unfined and filtered beers from wild fermented barrel aged beers to British pub classics and modern European inspired ales.
From our small 5 BBL brewery located on the banks of the River Fowey in the historic Cornish market town of Lostwithiel, Castle Brewery has been producing a varied range of cask ales since 2007. Since 2023, under new ownership, the brewery has expanded its production and range with a heavier focus on wild, mixed fermentation, European and New World inspired beers whilst modernising the classic range of cask ales.
