From our Restoration series. A special release created to celebrate our brewer Thom’s wedding! Gently sweet with notes of caramel, balanced by a piney and spicy edge. We’ve given it a modern American twist with the addition of Columbus, Cascade & Centennial hops. Finishes smooth with a fresh, light bitterness.
