Description
Originally brewed in collaboration with our good friends and GABF Gold Award winners Kuhnhenn Brewing Co., from Michigan.
Hop Smash is a big American style IPA packed with Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops, added at each stage of the brewing process - including the mash!
To boost the hefty hop character still further, we've added vast quantities of grapefruit late in fermentation for a pithy, citrus bite that builds to a dry, fruity finish.
