We wanted to take a moment to clear up some of the uncertainty around recent courier restrictions and what they mean for your orders through EeBria.
UPS will no longer be shipping packages over 30kg in weight from 1st October. As we currently use them for 30 litre kegs and all casks, this does mean some changes.
The most important thing to know is that you can continue ordering as normal – your access to breweries and their products remains secure.
Here’s where things stand today:
Packaged products remain completely unaffected. Cans, bottles and bag-in-box continue to ship exactly as before, so there is no change to the majority of orders placed through Eebria.
All plastic kegs up to, and including, 30L (KeyKegs, PolyKegs, Ecokegs and similar formats) will now move from UPS to DHL shipping. This change is designed to maintain service quality and ensure your deliveries remain reliable and safe, so no different on your end!
Steel kegs and casks are temporarily unavailable. We have temporarily removed all steel kegs and cask from the site to avoid confusion, and we expect them all to be back shortly. If you need 5 or more kegs/cask from a single producer, we can still fulfill those, so please get in touch to arrange. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
We understand that supply certainty is essential for your business, so we want to reassure you that EeBria remains a dependable way to source beer directly from breweries. Your orders will keep moving, and our team is working hard in the background to strengthen logistics even further.
In short – you can continue to order with confidence. Packaged products are unaffected, plastic kegs and anything 20 litres or less remain fully supported with DHL shipping, and steel kegs and casks are temporarily unavailable, unless you want 5 or more from the same producer.
