Wiltshire Gin

Description

Our distillery doors are now open, and we’re launching with a selection of authentic Wiltshire-made gins and vodka. Our gin and vodka start life in our whisky stills, which we further distil to produce our own neutral grain spirit.
Sustainability is at our core. Unlike most distilleries, we don’t buy in our neutral grain spirit - we make it entirely on-site at our home on the Fonthill Estate in south-west Wiltshire. We source barley from the fields just metres away, and pure chalk-filtered water from the ground under our feet. Everything we do is guided by our three core values: authenticity, provenance, and traceability. NOSE
Light, floral juniper blends with the Wiltshire lavender, leading to delicate grapefruit zest and rich cardamom. PALATE
Mouth-watering grapefruit, fresh juniper and black pepper, leading to deeper hints of bay leaf, coriander and angelica. Local Wiltshire juniper and lavender brings a bright, delicate character to this full-bodied gin. FINISH
Refreshingly clean on the palate, with hints of lime and bay leaf delivering more delightful layers of complexity.
