Single Malt Whisky distilled at the Weetwood Distillery in the heart of Cheshire.
As brewers and distillers, this Special Release combines our two passions in a delightfully vibrant expression. We filled six quarter casks with our most full-flavoured beer, the mighty Jester IPA, and let the hoppy beer impart its character into the barrels before re-filling with finishing whisky. The resulting subtle tropical and citrus hop flavours beautifully complement the creamy smooth whisky to produce an easy-drinking, accessible expression. This is one of only 1248 bottles.
