Dive into the bold depths of Trifecta Black. A daring blend of blackberry zest, fiery black pepper, and a touch of squid ink. A gin that truly stands out.
Using a wheat grain base this gin is made with 8 botanicals including the addition of freeze dried blackberries to provide dark, deep winter berry notes, along with triple the amount of black peppercorns we usually add to provide huge spice, wood, citrus and floral notes. The hearts of the distillate are then run alongside squid ink to help give the spirit its colour.
