Tasting Notes: A burst of tropical fruit hits the nose immediately. Sweetness of mango and lychee, compliments the tang of pineapple and passion fruit. A hint of juniper follows, with a smooth lasting fruit finish.

Cocktail suggestion: Add pineapple juice, gin and and lime juice into a shaker. Shake well. Strain over crushed ice. Top with soda and finish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint.
