The original Hedgepig and to many people, the best. This subtly sweet tipple made from foraged fruit needs to be tried to be believed. Divine with cheese. This fruit gin liqueur is made with Suffolk quince and bullace foraged from the hedgerows of East Anglia. The little known bullace is a variety of plum, and quince belongs to the same family as apples and pears.
