THE EXE GIN was imagined in and inspired by the Exe Valley in Devon. Delicately infused from 12 botanicals and passionately crafted to a secret recipe, refined again and again until we achieved the perfect blend. It’s distilled in a copper still – the traditional way and in our opinion the best way.
This gives THE EXE GIN a wonderful, smooth mouthfeel and a taste reminiscent of the landscape in which it’s produced. Beautiful and inspiring, it will live on in your memory long after the taste has faded.
A premium London Dry Gin, THE EXE GIN is bottled at 42% ABV, making for a refreshing lift whilst still being perfectly accessible for beginners. It starts off with a citrus hit from lemon peel and orange with a hint of grapefruit, fading to earthy, herbal undertones from orris root and liquorice. The whole experience sits on top of the traditional juniper hit so typical of a London Dry Gin. A refreshing twist on a classic style.
We’re incredibly proud of our Westcountry heritage and THE EXE GIN reflects that encompassing everything from the refreshing sea air of Exmouth and the bustling modernity of Exeter all the way to the deep and mysterious Exmoor. Our gin could only ever bear one name.
