HOW IS IT MADE? Frozen Sloes and some sugar are steeped in Adnams Copper House Gin for 12 weeks. After this maceration the skins and stones are filtered out and the now ruby red liqueur is bottled. WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE? The sweetness and natural bitterness of the Sloes are perfectly balanced on the palate, with a luscious, creamy texture. Aromas of red plums blend with a soft and gentle hint of marzipan. HOW CAN I DRINK IT? We would recommend serving on its own as a digestif on a cold winters night or mixed with bitter lemon to produce a refreshing long drink in the summer.
