Using 100% fresh juice content throughout the full cider-making process, SXOLLIE uses no concentrates, flavourants or colourants. Our ciders are designed to salute South Africa's famed apple varietals, in this instance the Golden Delicious. Like crunching into the apple this cider evokes natural floral sweetness and subtle yeastiness with sour tropical fruit notes. Pairing perfectly with Asian foods and pork dishes this cider drinks like a gewurztraminer or viognier, only with a lower alcohol content, and delicate bubbles.
