Description
Our first BIB and our first single variety Yarlington Mill that, with its, rich farmyard, autumnal flavours is perhaps the most classically West Country cider apple of all.
This fruit was wild fermented in tank, and further matured for nearly a year in tank, resulting in a hazy orange cider, that is tangy, spicey, leathery and very very deeply appley. Such a good cider with all manner of food whether drinking it with or cooking with it. We always have a box in the kitchen at home.
