Description
This collaboration with Ross on Wye Cider and Perry was launched at IndyMan and it was much appreciated. Wildsider is 50% of our keeved cider blended with 40% Foxwhelp and 10% Major from Ross. Coming in at 6.3% it is dry on the palate but with an underlying fruit sweetness from the keeved cider. Limited availability.
