Description
Our ciders are the only REAL Italian ciders available in the UK where apples are grown, pressed, fermented and bottled in Italy.
Only ever made from 100% juice (no concentrate), Angioletti contains no artificial sweeteners, flavourings or colourings.
The sparkling style of our ciders comes from 'charmat-method‘ fermentation. This is the same method as used for Prosecco.
Angioletti Mela Rossa is made from 100% Italian apple juice, pre-dominantly red-skinned varieties.
Provenance: apples are grown in Trentino Alto-Adige region.
Style: ‘Secco’ / Medium-dry
Tasting note: Crisp and fresh, with crunchy apple flavours and a refreshing, lightly-sparkling style.
Serving suggestion: Serve chilled in a large flute glass as an apéritif or alongside light Italian cuisine.
