Cider Apple Wild Ale. A classic Yonder wild ale base (UK barley and hops, fermented with our house cultures) blended with Somerset apple juice from Pilton Cider. Fresh apple flavours, reminiscent of dry cider with complex wild yeast character married with subtle malt sweetness.
