A lovely pale ale with subtle notes of pine and white wine from Chinook, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Hallertauer Blanc hops. Soft, hazy and smooth, and brewed to a gentle 3.4%, this is one of our favourite styles of beer to brew and drink.
