A blend of Chateau Cara Blond, Chateau Cara Ruby and Pilsen malts provide a rich base.
Dry hopping with Yakima Chief American hops gives the beer vibrant hop character.
Fermentation on a characteristic Belgian yeast brings spice and funky phenol aromas.
