Description
A roughly 60:40 blend of 6 month Bordeaux (red) barrel aged saison (batch 21163) with a fresh spelt grisette (batch 22180), and dry hopped with Saaz & Sabro. Fermented with a mixed culture of Saison yeast, American wild yeast, Brett and lactic acid bacteria. Can conditioned with champagne yeast.
