Description

Helles Lager. This Beer is made with 100% British Malts and German hops. Light in body and aroma, a beer to be drunk in a pint glass. Refreshing, low on bitterness and hop charactor. There is the use of what is called Dextrin malts that are only on the malting room floor for 24-48 hours which mean they are higher in nitrogen and give a herbal and grassy note as you would see in German brewed lagers. The rest of the malt should come across like center of freshly baked bread and when fermented it will have a honey note. Tettnanger Hops bring a floral grazy note while Sazz provides a suble spicy and lemony characer.
