Description
Brewed to a traditional recipe using Yorkshire water and 100% British malts, from high up at our home on Cragg Vale.
An icon of British brewing, this bitter contains crystal and caramel malts for a malty sweetness with a copper glow. Perle hops mildly bitter this brew, adding subtle floral and spice notes, with Mosaic bringing a light citrussy finish.
