Description
Faithful Steed is a traditional German style unfiltered Pilsner. We've taken a base grist of Pilsner malt with a touch of Vienna, and hopped it with Perle, Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz. We then fermented with a German lager yeast (WLP-830) and lagered the resulting brew for 6 weeks. Faithful Steed is a clean, crisp and well bodied Pils with a refreshing floral and citrus hop bitterness
