It's time for one of our favourite berries, and a local hero, to return in this session sour rebrew. Strawberries are a go to for us - their rich and decadent character pairs beautifully with our house mixed-culture's sweet and sour flavour profile. Like a fresh punnet of just-picked strawberries in the rare Scottish sun; a beaut!
