Critical Critical Talent Talent (8%, 70 IBU) is the West Coast version of our house Double IPA, Crucial Taunt. Brewed with the same base and hop bill, but fermented with an American strain of yeast yielding a crisper, drier, slightly more resinous result. This version is double dry-hopped yeilding awesome notes of grapefruit pith, pleasant resin, and a clean hoppy goodness.
