Honey & Rhubarb Pale Ale A collaboration braggot (beer-mead hybrid) with Hive Mind Meadery, using their own wildflower honey that brings notes of bramble, lime, and mint from their local flora in South Wales. We then added a bit of Yorkshire influence by blending in a large dose of rhubarb!
