Carrot, Apple & Mandarin Sour
That's right, carrot... but its not as scary as you might think. Carrots have a naturally
sweet flavour which works fantastically well with that natural sweetness of apple and
mandarin. So we wanted to play on this as well as the other aspects of some of the fruits,
the sourness. A perfect balance of sweet and sour derived from ingredients which
compliment each other for an appley, orangey mouth watering, lip puckering sour.
Our home in Rogerstone (Newport) South Wales. Opened in 2017 it
houses our brewery, warehousing, offices, as well as our flagship taproom.
