Burning Sky Brewery, nestled in the foothills of the beautiful and inspiring South Downs, create beers that truly reflect their surroundings. We were thrilled to welcome them to Bakewell for a collaborative brew on our Union set. Together, we created a bold and flavourful West Coast IPA, the most modern style we’ve brewed on the Union. Packed with Mosaic and Citra hops, it delivers waves of citrus and tropical fruit for a vibrant, refreshing experience. Please note; Bottle 6.5% Cask 5.5%
