The Cold IPA is rapidly making a name for itself in the UK beer scene. Any ideas what that means? Summet to do with yeast and fermentation temperature probably. And it’s definitely different from an India Pale Lager. 100% not the same thing. And it’s not a hybrid – like a Kölsch - despite meeting ALL the criteria for being one. So… yeah. It’s a new thing. You’ll love it. Ours is true to style – whatever that means. Crisp, clear with a firm bitterness and packed full of sweet tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit and even a whisper of rose & violet. Enjoyed by humans and invulnerable extra-terrestrials alike.
