Description
Using a base of 75% barrel aged ale conditioned on organic mango and pineapple blended with 25% Dark Element Entropy IPA then dry-hopped at 50g/L of Freestyle hops New Zealand Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Intense citrus and stone fruit dominate elevated by our house yeast culture and restrained acidity. Intensive, aggressive, progressive.
