2023 hop harvest BA wild ale with Farnham white bine and cascade 6.8%

Spontaneously fermented and barrel aged, this beer was brewed on the first hop harvest day of 2023 raw, unprocessed fresh off the bine and single hopped with Farnham White bine ; a unique Surrey hop ; the beer was then double dry-hopped at bottling with the whole cone Cascade and Farnham White from the 2023 harvest. This beer represents an accurate depiction of hops in their ever changing forms within the passage of time and processing in a single hop year.
