Description
Cherry bomb is made with a mix of Morello, Nalini, Valenska and Johanna cherries from either end of the sweet spectrum and brewed with our house-sour yeast blend to add plenty of zip and lactic funk to those deeper, rich kirsch notes. Delivering equal parts sharp acidity and sweet juiciness... I think we might just have dropped the fruit sour a-bomb.
