Description
Key Lime Pie is our new 3.4% Pastry Sour. Inspired by the sweet zesty dessert from Florida, this beer is tart and refreshing with a sweet finish. Kettle soured and infused with kaffir lime leaves and lime zest; the beer has a tart acidity. This is mellowed out with flavours to match the biscuit-y crust and sweet vanilla cream filling of a Key Lime Pie.
