Description

What's not to love about an ice lolly inspired beer? Strawberries, grapefruit peel, lime peel, tonka bean, vanilla extract, Mosaic and lactose sugar in a classic berliner weisse base results in a pale red beer with an initial hit of strawberry and citrus followed by flavours of vanilla ice cream and a finished that is balanced between the refreshing sour note of the style and the sweetness of lactose. Created for collabfest 2021 with the team at the St. Andrews Brewdog Bar.
