Seventh Step

In an iconic Czechoslovakian movie about rural life there is a special scene that beer lovers are familiar with. Two friends are chatting, one offers his friend a beer, when the beer is brought from the cellar the friend asks "how is it, that your beers are always perfectly chilled?". The host replies that the beer kept on the 6th step of the cellar is too warm and the beer from the 8th step is too cold. The 7th Step however is perfection.
