Description
‘Buzzin’ Honeyed Ale’. Our golden honey beer is the perfect introduction to fine ale as it expertly balances both bitter and sweet flavours. It’s loved by dedicated drinkers too, especially among Cornwall’s shanty singers, and is made with Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; honey; Cornish malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast. Floral beneath a delicate, spicy tangerine scent with a touch of toffee. And its bittersweet finish is great for game, sausages or a chocolate fudge sundae. As co-workers go, you can’t get much better than a bee. Striking uniform, very industrious and they love a little dance. Plus it’s thanks to them that we’re able to add honey to our hops and enrich the flavour of our refreshing amber ale. May result in a pleasurable buzz and being irresistibly drawn to flowers.
