Description
We first brewed Mum's The Word in 2015, and have been looking for a good chance to bring it back ever since. We made it in collaboration with Arizona Wilderness, an incredible brewery who actually pipped us to first place in Ratebeer's 'Best New Brewer In The World' all the way back in 2014. It utilises a background smokiness and warming depth from the Chipotle, balanced by sweetness and tartness of Montmorency cherries. The name came about because in the original brew, we worked with Mother Kelly's and their then neighbours Resisent of Paradise Row to smoke the malt.
