Description
Our take on a Kölsch-style lager. A bright gold colour, the aroma explodes with spice, honey and floral aromas. The mouthfeel is medium-light with a satisfying malt dryness at the end. Brewed with Halltertau hops, there is a pleasing flavour of pear drops backed up with a noble hop spiciness and a sweetness from the traditional Kölsch yeast.
