Longhorn is a distinctive, full bodied rye IPA brewed to perfection with plenty of character, just like the magnificent cattle that graze on our farm and feed on our finest spent grain.Longhorn takes the best characteristics of the classic American IPA. Brewed with Maris Otter, Rye, Crystal Rye and Caramalt to create a copper warming colour and hopped with Pilgrim, Chinook, Galaxy and Simcoe hops, Longhorn has both citrus and tropical fruit tones.
