Description
Polgoon Cornish Scrumpy is made from specially selected apples on our small family farm in Cornwall. We press apples on a 2 man rack and cloth press. The apples are crushed first then made into ‘cheeses; before being pressed to extract the juice.
Polgoon Scrumpy is a higher alcohol still cider, bursting with apple aromas.More rugged than our original cider, keeping with traditional
scrumpy heritage.
