Description
Ivo is a session pale ale with the addition of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. Tropical fruit notes of grapefruit, mango, guava, and peach with top notes of pine and light citrus on the nose and palate. Intensely hoppy, with added oats for a smooth mouthfeel and a dry bitterness to finish.
Named for and inspired by the opening track from the Cocteau Twins' third album Treasure. Itself named after the founder of one of our favourite Independent record labels – 4AD: Ivo Watts-Russell.
