Our latest customer collaboration is with Italian restaurant Stuzzi. Keen to push the boundaries, Stuzzi worked with us to come up with a unique but super refreshing style, Sicilian Lemon and Sea Salt Pils.
Crisp and bitter with a lemon upfront and a salty aftertaste, using a super refreshing Italian-pilsner base with the addition of lemon crumb and salt in the conditioning phase for a beer that’s crisp, clean, and refreshing, with a moreish hoppy and floral finish.
A perfect pairing with pasta.
