Great Northern Lager

Great Northern Lager is the culmination of everything we've discovered and loved about lagers. Using the Old Flax Store to experiment and fine tune, (those who have visited the original tap room might have tried our house lager over the past year or two), every batch we've tested and tweaked the recipe until it was everything we wanted it to be. A classic pilsner style lager at 4.3% using Bamsberg pilsner malt for a light and crisp base and additions of wheat to help round out the mouthfeel.
