A combination of traditional spicy yeast character and the dry sessionability of a Belgian farmhouse ale with the exotic tropical fruit of New Zealand hops. Complex aromas of spice, and tropical fruit give way to a crisp dry palate that balances a lean malt backbone with fruity hop notes, orchid fruit and Belgian spice. The addition of black peppercorns and coriander seed gives a real depth of complexity The result is refreshing delicate and incredibly food friendly.
