Description
What's a Braggot? A hybrid drink made from ale and honey - very popular throughout medieval Europe.
We brewed this at Neckstamper's brewery in collaboration with Paradise Garage mead brewery. Blending 60% barley with 40% wild flower honey in the kettle, fermented with a Kveik yeast and finished with a blackberry addition.
The results - a refreshing, effervescent, dry braggot with a hint of blackberry.
