Description
Missouri's Narrow Gauge are known for their mastery of hazy, New England-style IPAs, so it would have been foolish for us not to make one of those when they joined us for a brew in early December, and so Trainspotting was born. Extra Pale Malt and Flaked Oats provide the base. Apollo and Columbus in the whirlpool. First Dry Hop with Apollo, Columbus and Comet. Second Dry Hop with Columbus, Comet, and Mosaic. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains. Enjoy this beer fresh, do not age.
